Launch of the new IPA 5 project in Bosnia and Herzegovina

This was the first meeting under the IPA 5 project that took place in Bosnia Herzegovina. The meeting focused mainly on the four activities selected at national level for further cooperation. The EMCDDA delegation met representatives of the Ministry of Civil Affairs, the Ministry of Security and several other institutions, such as the Forensic Laboratory, Ministry of Health IPH, NGOs, the Police, the Ministry of the interior and the United Nations Development Programme. Representatives of the Republic of Srpska and the EU Delegation were also present. The discussion focused on the future launch of a general population survey (GPS)in the country, as well as the organisation of training sessions and workshops in the field of the Treatment Demand Indicator.
